Stronger

I started eating “better” and increasing working out November 30th.

Starting out:

I felt heavy and tired

I didn’t want to do a whole lot of social activities

I didn’t like lifting weights

I didn’t like circuits

I ran/walked slowly

January 6th (7 weeks since starting)

I feel healthier

More conscious of what I’m eating

I can run without as much of a struggle

I actually did circuits today

I feel good

I feel my body changing
